My Cyclone won't start

My Cyclone won't start

Postby Justin on Thu Jun 17, 2010 12:56 pm

I was parking my bike yesterday and let go of the clutch before I had my bike in neutral. The engine stalled out and when I tried starting it up again I get nothing. No clicking, no sound, no nothing when I press the electric starter. There was a constant stream of smoke coming from the engine after it stalled. Could it be the starter, spark plugs, wiring...? I imaging it is something electrical.

Any advise helps.

Thanks,

Justin

Yes. I still get power to my gauge and headlight but pressing the electric start I get nothing. Its like a dead button now.

does it click or does the electricals restart after you press the button? i am hinting at it might be at low battery power.
